I have taught English in 3 different countries and have over 20 years of experience. I started teaching in Ireland, then spent 4 years in Spain, and have been teaching in South Korea since 2007. Teaching students of all ages, levels and abilities has helped me to develop my teaching skills and my understanding of what it takes to learn a new language.
We combine knowledge of the psychology of learning, research into teaching and learning second languages, and the techniques of psychotherapy to help you improve you English skills in a fast and effective way.
I am a highly qualified and experienced professional with a passion for teaching and a commitment to motivating and serving my students. I have an MA degree in TESOL and Applied linguistics, an MSc in Psychotherapy, and a TEFL certificate.

Do our level test to find out where you need to focus your study in order to improve more quickly and effectively. What grammar points should you learn? What vocabulary is important?
Define
Make a list of the language-learning goals you want to achieve so that we can focus on them together. It’s best to know what you want to do before trying to do it!
Design
When we know what you want to focus on we can design a course that’s perfect for you. We develop and use materials that are suited to your intersts and needs so that you are motivated to keep leearning!
Develop
We keep an eye on your learning needs as you develop your language skills. In this way, we can change focus when needed, and identify areas that need extra focus.
Deploy
Our classes are fun, professional and engaging. After each class you will have a deeper understanding of the class target learning goal, and more confidence in you ability to read, write and speak English.

Our classes help you to reach your language goals. Those may include doing exams like TOEIC, writing academic papers, or just increasing your fluency for travel or making new friends.

After beginning my teaching career in Ireland, I continued teaching English in Spain, and later moved to South Korea, where I currently teach English at university level.
